Projects: The Silva Aceituno Group sets fees based on the value of the work done for your firm. The S.A.G. uses a value pricing model whenever possible. Value pricing is done before the work begins so that you know how much you can expect to pay ahead of time. Here’s how it works:

 

 

 

 You provide basic information about your project requirements including your budget, timeline and the desired goals.

 

You and the accounts executive assigned to your firm discuss the various options and strategies available to accomplish your project. The account executive can help you evaluate the pros and cons of each option and help you choose the best suited strategy to reach your goals.

 

Once a decision is made, we will develop and submit a customized scope of work with a project cost. As long as the scope of work does not change due to unexpected circumstances, this fixed fee is the amount you can expect to pay.
